Come to the Laney College track and do a track workout with Coach Tinu on Sunday mornings. The sessions will have a lot of drills and be speed and turnover focused to help you get faster in those races. Med ball throws and slams are a staple of these workouts. The session lasts 90 minutes. You will be coached in proper technique for achieving optimal running performance. Remember, we will have fun (always), music (always) and med balls (almost always).
