Come to the Laney College track and do a track workout with Coach Tinu on Tuesday mornings. The training will be lactate threshold focused to improve your overall endurance and performance on those long runs. The session lasts 70ish minutes. Coach Tinu will put you through a challenging threshold workout which usually ends in some sort of time trial at the end. Remember, we will have fun (always), music (always) and med balls (sometimes).
