PURCHASE POLICIES

Payment is due prior to services.
Memberships continually charge until cancelled.
Packages have an expiration date that begins from the date of purchase.
- 5 packs - 60 days
- 10 packs - 90 days
- 20 packs - 120 days
All purchases are nonrefundable and non-transferable.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Memberships require a 30 day cancellation.
Regardless of arrival time, sessions will end at the scheduled time.
24-hour notice of cancellation is required.
If you are feeling sick with less than 24-hours of your session, you must e-mail your instructor directly.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled session.

SESSION POLICIES

Prior to any training session, a Waiver of Liability must be completely filled out and signed.
If you are uncertain of how to set-up and/or use a piece of equipment please ask your instructor or coach.
It is your responsibility to inform your instructor of any previous and/or current injury. If an exercise, class, or workout is too difficult please inform your instructor to find an appropriate alternative.
