These sessions are the best way to start your Pilates practice. In your initial session(s) you will gain familiarity with the equipment, uncover the nuisances of your posture, and focus on your unique health and wellness goals. As you work through initial sessions you can navigate in multiple directions: continue with personal training, add in classes, and/or find a partner or two with similar goals and fitness to join you.
